Ham, Andouille & Cheese Stuffed Poblanos
Do I need to go to ‘Poblano Lovers Anonymous’ yet or what? 😉
Ham. Cajun Andouille. Mozzarella Cheese.
Roasty Toasty Poblanos, Peel & Seeds removed.
Bake. 350F covered for about 20 minutes, then uncovered for another 10.
These bad boys were sssss-pppicyyyyy! 🙂
Funny how different each batch of poblanos can be? Spicy + salty + cheesy goodness!
