Sunday Already??

Well the ladies at the farmer’s market have done it again!

Another brilliant recipe idea brought to the Fanatic kitchen thanks to them 🙂

Ham, Andouille & Cheese Stuffed Poblanos

Do I need to go to ‘Poblano Lovers Anonymous’ yet or what? 😉

Ham.  Cajun Andouille.  Mozzarella Cheese.

Roasty Toasty Poblanos, Peel & Seeds removed.

(See method here)

Bake.  350F covered for about 20 minutes, then uncovered for another 10.

These bad boys were sssss-pppicyyyyy! 🙂

Funny how different each batch of poblanos can be?  Spicy + salty + cheesy goodness!

Gotta get to relaxin’, we’ve been busy partyin’ it up all day and I’m definitely ready for some couch time before a busy week begins (is it really Sunday alreadyyyy?)

…buttttttt, stay tuned tomorrow, I have a fabulous cool weather recipe for ya’ll featuring this little beauty! 😛

Yep!  You read that right 😉

Happy Sunday!
